Any adult over the age of 19 can purchase a vapour product.
Only government-issued identification (e.g. a passport, driver’s license or identification card with a photograph) can be used to confirm a person’s age.

Shipping Details:
Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100 and costs will be determined after the auction and charged to the credit card you registered with on Live Auction World. Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
On-Site shipping may incur a transport fee & will require a shipping deposit prior to item(s) being brought back to our showroom for packaging and shipping. The deposit will go towards your actual shipping costs. All charges will be processed on the credit card you registered with when creating your account on Live Auction World.
If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS & Purolator are a few suggestions).
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.

***NOTE: If you selected VISA or MASTERCARD as your Preferred Payment Method when creating your account, your invoice balance will be charged to the credit card you registered with after the auction closes. Once charged, if you want to change to another method and have your credit card refunded, there will be a 3% fee to cover the cost from running your credit card.

If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

RETURN POLICY FOR SESSION 1 ONLY (LIMITED GUARANTEE) – Dodds Auction only guarantees items for mechanical or electrical malfunction. Should your item not work due to one of those reasons, you have until Wednesday, September 25, 2024 @ 5:00pm to return it. Items sold AS IS or INOPERABLE are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY FOR SESSION 2 ONLY: ALL LOTS IN THIS SESSION ARE SOLD AS IS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION, SUITABILITY, ETC. OF THE LOT YOU ARE BIDDING ON. IF UNSURE, CONTACT OUR OFFICE & WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY LOTS IN SESSION 2 (VAPE & SMOKE SHOP)
Items not picked up by the Tuesday, September 24 @ 5:00pm deadline are considered abandoned & no refund will be given.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. All Bidders need to understand that internet bidding may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection. Dodds Auctions is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to these errors or delays.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
BIDS SHOULD BE MADE BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT NOT NECESSARILY ON THE PICTURE. DUE TO PLACEMENT, AT TIMES ITEMS CAN BE SHOWN THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THAT LOT. IF YOU NEED CLARIFICATION, PLEASE CALL US PRIOR TO BIDDING.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal.
First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact our office (doddsauctionvernon@gmail.com) to request removal.
Any sheds/garages, etc. sold at auction that may need to conform to local By-Laws/Regulations for installation is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.
