No bidder can retract their bid. A bidder is considered to have accepted an item when making a bid. Bidders need to recognize that internet bidding may be influenced by faults caused by the loss or delay of an internet connection. Lefler Auction is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to errors or delays.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the time of sale of the given lot. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at their discretion.

Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Packages will be shipped with Canada Post unless otherwise communicated with Lefler Auction before the sale begins. For heavier or bulk items, Day & Ross or TNT can be utilized. The purchaser/bidder insures the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
