Shipping:
Shipping Available: Shipping is available in Canada and to the US.
Shipping Arrangement: Shipping must be arranged by PRS Auctions. We do not accept shipping labels from buyers.
Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Local Delivery: We can deliver with our own truck anywhere in the Greater Vancouver Area for a flat $250 fee.
Pickup:
There will be a Calendly link on your invoice where you can book your pickup appointment. If you do not have an appointment, you will not be served until you have one.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate pallet breakdowns at our facility. If you have purchased a pallet of items, the entire pallet must be removed. Our facility is equipped with dock-level loading only, but we are happy to assist with pallet jacks if needed.

Canadian Shipments:
Non-freight items: 2-7 business days for shipping, with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
US Shipments:
Non-freight items: 3-7 business days for shipping, with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
Shipments with Lithium-Ion Batteries may take longer.
Shipping Insurance:
Automatically added to orders of $300 or more.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Please allow up to 3 days to receive your invoice with shipping charges.
By bidding, the buyer agrees to pay these shipping charges.
Payment Details:
1. Payment Deadlines for Shipped Items
For items arranged for shipping, payment must be received within 2 days of receiving your invoice.
For orders $999 or under, if no payment is made within 2 days, the credit card on file will be charged and storage feels will apply until shipping is arranged and paid.
For orders over $999, payment must be completed via e-transfer, wire transfer, or cash prior to shipment. No shipment will occur until the required payment method is confirmed.
2. Payment Options for Pickup Orders
Payment for pickup orders may be made prior to pickup unless paying by cash or debit.
Items must be collected within the scheduled pickup period (as arranged via the provided Calendly link).
3. Storage Fees and Forfeiture
If no pickup or pickup arrangements are made within the allotted pickup period, storage fees will apply:
Minimum (1/2 Pallet): $30 per week
Standard Pallet: $60 per week
After 30 days from the auction end date without pickup or arrangements, items will be forfeited and become the property of PRS Auctions, with no refunds issued.
4. Additional Terms
All purchases are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
All fees are non-negotiable.

General
1.1 By registering and participating in our auctions, bidders agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration and Bidding
2.1 All bidders must register with PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. before participating in any auction.
2.2 Bidders must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to verify this information.
2.3 Bids placed are binding contracts. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at auction close.
Item Descriptions and Conditions
3.1 Items are tested to varying degrees: Untested, Tested for Power, and Fully Tested.
3.2 Condition and functionality details will be provided in the item descriptions.
3.3 Items are sold "as is, where is" without guarantees or warranties.
3.4 PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, condition, or functionality.
Pickup
4.1 Pickup appointments must be scheduled via the Calendly link provided on your invoice.
4.2 Items must be picked up within the designated pickup period. Failure to pick up items or arrange pickup will result in storage fees:

5.6 All shipping costs and a 25% handling fee (for packing materials and labor) will be the responsibility of the winning bidder and added to the invoice.
5.7 Payment for shipped items must be arranged within 2 days of receiving the invoice.
Payment

Returns and Refunds
7.1 All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

Limitation of Liability
8.1 PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. is not liable for damages or losses from participation in auctions.
8.2 Bidders agree to indemnify PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. from any claims related to auction item use.
Governing Law
9.1 Terms and conditions are governed by British Columbia law.
9.2 Disputes must be resolved in British Columbia courts.
