Bidders need to recognize that internet bidding may be influenced by faults caused by the loss or delay of an internet connection. Lefler Auction is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to errors or delays.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the time of sale of the given lot. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at their discretion.
Lefler Auction assumes no responsibility for liability once a bid is accepted. It is suggested that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance. The auctioneer may require proof of insurance from the purchaser. All sales are final.
