This machine was purchased brand new by BlueSky Organics (Vernon) but never used. Intended to be used for bagging organic fertilizer and never put into service. Designed to fill bags of various hard-to-handle products such as peat moss, soils and compost. It is currently unassembled. As this item is located off-site, viewing will be by appointment only. Shipping Details:
Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100 and costs will be determined after the auction and charged to the credit card you registered with on Live Auction World. Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions).
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.

If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

RETURN POLICY: Limited guarantee ONLY (if electrical/mechanical items are not working) valid until 4pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2025. No returns on "As Is" OR "Inoperable" items.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal or shipping.
First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO PLACEMENT, AT TIMES ITEMS CAN BE SHOWN IN A PICTURE THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THAT LOT. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT SHOULD CLARIFY WHAT IS IN IT.
