Items must be paid for in full prior to removal.
There will be a $50.00 storage fee added to the successful bidder’s account for any items left beyond the specified removal time, unless other arrangements have been made with Community Auctions or shipping has been paid for and arranged.
Purchasers should bring their own boxes and packing materials to remove purchased items as these materials are not provided and limited help is available.
