Any items not picked up by 2PM on the Sunday following the auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited. The winning bidder will then have an additional 24 hours to pickup, but MUST contact Peak Auctions to do so to arrange a pickup time within the 24 hours. If after the 24 hours the bidder still fails to make pickup arrangements, the items are deemed abandoned and become the property of Peak Auctions.

For any reason, no sale can be disputed/invalidated for any reason of discrepancy in item description or images. Once a bid is placed, it's assumed the bidder has accepted an item's condition and agrees to all terms and conditions set out when placing a bid.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their won items. We encourage all individuals to bring their own bags and/or boxes. Large/heavy items require the buyer to arrange their own help to remove said items. We are unable to provide equipment or aid in
offloading/removal of items.
