Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-transfer, or Cash upon pickup. All payments are in Canadian Dollars. All Items MUST be paid for within 24 hours upon receipt/invoice email of winning an item. Successful bidders have entered a contractual obligation to pickup their item(s) within the specified pickup times.
Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until the invoice owing has been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of the Wednesday following the Sunday Auction to pickup their item(s). Any items not picked up by Wednesday following the Sunday auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited. Consistent non-pickups will result in a ban from our auctions.
***In accordance with our terms/conditions***: The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for the auction will be automatically charged at 3PM on Tuesday for the invoice owing. The winning bidder has until 3pm Wednesday to pickup their items. WE DO NOT STORE ITEMS PAST WEDNESDAY. If bidders fail to pickup, the items are then deemed abandoned/forfeited and become the property of Peak Auctions for removal/disposal. Cards are charged for any invoice owing at 3PM Tuesday, it is up to YOU the buyer to read these terms & understand this; WE DO NOT STORE ANY ITEMS LEFT NOT PICKED UP!! This is a contractual payment agreement which YOU the bidder signed up to prior to bidding. We do not issue refunds for items left abandoned/forfeited by buyers. Buyers are responsible for the removal of their won items. We ask all individuals to bring their own bags and/or boxes.
