Location 1) Lots 1 to 333 located at Ark Interiors, 830 W Pender St, Vancouver - Pickup in Downtown will be available only on Sat, Sun July 25 & 26 10am to 6pm, removal of light fixtures will be available only on Monday July 27th 10am to 6pm). Appointments are mandatory for pickups.
Location 2) Westin Heavenly Queen & King Mattresses located at 2622 Nootka St, Vancouver. Pickup at Nootka St will be available July 27-29 10am to 6pm by appointment only.
Location 3) All other items located at 788 Caldew St, Delta. Pickup at Delta starts July 26 3pm to 9pm & July 27-29 9am to 9pm by appointment only.
During pickup, bidders must bring help, supplies and equipment necessary for removal of their items. For help with loading trucks and trailers, a charge of $75/hr will be applied.
APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS AUCTION
We will send you a reservation link after the auction. No pick-ups will be allowed without a reservation.
PARKING:
We are located in the building at the corner.
Parking is limited, but you can park in the attached parking lot for a limited time.
WHERE TO PICK UP?
We have loading bays at the rear of the building, as well as a parking lot - please check in at the front counter, and our team will show you the way.
Please note that the check-in is mandatory to pick up your items.

There is an active railway track close to our loading bays.

Payment Details:
After the completion of the auction, the credit card on file of the successful bidders will be charged automatically and bidders will be emailed an invoice.
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of the winning notification email.
The bidder can also pay in person at the time of the pick up ONLY if prior arrangements with the auctioneer have been made.
