Thank you for participating online in our Abbotsford Auction today.
We do not provide shipping or assist you with packing or moving. Please bring help, tools and supplies you may need. For out of town shipping we recommend Pakmail 778-565-1800.
Pick is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday(by appointment Only) between 9am and 4pm for pick up . Pick up address is #11 – 31236 Peardonville Road, Abbotsford BC. Contact us at 604-859-1661 with any questions.
Payment Details:
Payment is due in full today. For this auction and future auctions we are insisting on Online Payment. This can be done by a credit card on file, PayPal or E-transfer. If you are successful at the auction on Wednesday you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice will have a button for PayPal as well as details for sending an e-transfer. If you would prefer to use your credit card on file, please respond to the emailed invoice with an email requesting we charge your credit card or call us at 604.859.1661 and let us know to charge the credit card on file. If you would like to use a different credit card you can add it to your profile and make it your preferred payment method. For e-transfers please email them to payment@ableauctions.ca with a security answer of AbleauctionsDue to social distancing, we will not be taking in person payments. To reduce the amount of people in the building at one time we ask you call to book a time slot for pick up.

Live auctions will be subject to a 17% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 2 hours of the auctions conclusion.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Able Solutions. Inc DBA Ableauctions.ca assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Please take advantage of in person preview as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Able Solutions Inc. assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
All lots must be paid for on day of sale by direct deposit, Etransfer, PayPal or charging the credit card on file We will not be taking in person payments. Internet bidders payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm on Auction day.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Able Solutions Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Able Solutions Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Able Solutions Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
