FN Browning Semi Auto 22 lr Take Down c/w Atlas Scope - Made in Belguim

Designed by John M. Browning in 1912 and first produced by Fabrique Nationale (FN) in 1914, the
SA-22 is the first successful semi-automatic rimfire rifle.
Its iconic takedown design allows the barrel and receiver to detach by twisting them a quarter turn,
making it compact enough to fit into small carrying case.

Caliber: .22 LR (and originally .22 Short)
Capacity: 11-round tubular magazine (loaded through a port in the stock)
Ejection: Downward ejection port protects the face from gas and flying brass
Barrel Adjustment: Features a knurled ring that allows the user to tighten any play between the
barrel and receiver to maintain accuracy
Manufacturing: Produced in Belgium by FN from 1914 to 1973,

This gun retains its original receiver, factory iron sights, plain walnut stock and forearm, and polished
blued finish. The rifle appears to be an older Belgium production gun with the desirable Fabrique
Nationale – Made in Belgium barrel marking.

The rifle shows attractive original finish with some honest handling marks and finish wear in the stock.
The receiver has some pitting on the sides but still the bluing appears strong. The rifle retains its
original ramp adjustable rear sight and front blade sight. The takedown system appears complete
and the rifle presents very well overall.

The Scope is a 2.5 power Atlas Kingsman in very good condition.
