Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until the invoice owing has been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of the Wednesday following the Sunday Auction to pickup their item(s). Any items not picked up by Wednesday following the Sunday auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited. Consistent non-pickups will result in a ban from our auctions.
***In accordance with our terms/conditions***: The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for the auction will be automatically charged at 4PM on Monday for the invoice owing. The winning bidder has until 4pm Wednesday to pickup their items. WE DO NOT STORE ITEMS PAST WEDNESDAY. If bidders fail to pickup, the items are then deemed abandoned/forfeited and become the property of Peak Auctions for removal/disposal. Cards are charged for any invoice owing at 4PM Monday, it is up to YOU the buyer to read these terms & understand this; WE DO NOT STORE ANY ITEMS LEFT NOT PICKED UP!!
