During pickup, bidders must bring help, supplies and equipment necessary for removal of their items. For help with loading trucks and trailers, a charge of $75/hr will be applied.
## Conditions of Sale – Pickup and Removal
All purchased assets are sold on an **"as is, where is"** basis and must be removed from the designated **off-site** location only during the published pickup dates and hours specified prior to the auction. Due to site restrictions and the nature of this liquidation, **no late pickups, extensions, alternative pickup dates, or after-hours access will be permitted under any circumstances**. By placing a bid, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have reviewed the scheduled pickup dates and hours and confirms they are able to remove all purchased items within the allotted timeframe.
Successful bidders are solely responsible for the dismantling, disconnection, packing, loading, transportation, and removal of their purchases. Bidders must provide, at their own expense, all labour, tools, equipment, packing materials, lifting devices, fasteners, personal protective equipment, and any other supplies necessary to safely remove their items. No tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, moving equipment, or loading equipment will be provided unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
All dismantling and removal work must be carried out safely, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable laws and occupational health and safety requirements. Successful bidders are fully responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their employees, contractors, agents, or representatives to the building, premises, utilities, fixtures, equipment, or the property of others during the removal process. Any damage shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Seller or Auctioneer, or the successful bidder shall be responsible for all associated repair or replacement costs.
Successful bidders shall remove **all** purchased items in their entirety. No garbage, packaging materials, pallets, scrap, debris, dismantled components, or other waste may be left on-site. Any cleanup, disposal, or removal required as a result of a bidder failing to completely clear their lot may, at the Auctioneer's sole discretion, be subject to a disposal and cleanup charge of **up to CAD $100.00 per pallet**, in addition to any other costs incurred.
Auction staff are present solely to identify and direct successful bidders to the location of their purchased items. While staff may, at their sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance where practical, they are **not** responsible for dismantling, lifting, carrying, loading, securing, or transporting purchased items, and bidders must not rely upon staff assistance for removal.
No appointment is required during the scheduled pickup periods. However, due to limited loading space and to ensure efficient access for all successful bidders, loading bays and staging areas must be used only for the time reasonably required to complete loading. The Auctioneer reserves the right to direct vehicle movements and require bidders to vacate loading areas once loading has been completed.
Any items not removed by the published pickup deadline shall be deemed abandoned unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Auctioneer prior to the expiration of the pickup period. Abandoned items may, at the Auctioneer's sole discretion, be resold, removed, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with without refund, credit, or compensation to the successful bidder. Storage is not available.
The Seller and Auctioneer reserve the right to refuse access to any individual who fails to comply with these Conditions of Sale, creates an unsafe working environment, damages the premises, or interferes with the orderly conduct of the pickup process.

After the completion of the auction, the credit card on file of the successful bidders will be charged automatically and bidders will be emailed an invoice.
