We charge your credit card immediately upon the close of the auction. You risk losing your winning bid & it will be offered to the next highest bidder if you do not respond to the Invoice sent after the auction ends with the amount owing or you do not respond or return our telephone calls.
We reserve the right to add or delete a lot(s) on the auction.

Please inspect your lots before leaving and bring up any issues with the lot to the staff member on site, Any issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days.
You must take everything in your lot.

See individual items for exact closing times. If for any reason, West Coast Downsizing Solution Inc is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of West Coast Downsizing Solution Inc Auction House shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time.

Items not picked up are considered abandoned and will be disposed of with no refund. Please bid accordingly.
