Super-Pallets and furniture will be delivered locally at no cost and smaller items such has coins will be shipped at the purchaser's expense.

Payment in Canadian Dollars.
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email.
18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST and 7% PST. For example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 18% Buyers premium = $118.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7% PST ($8.26) = Total purchase price $132.16
There is a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium for paying by E-Transfer.
The successful bidder has until 4:00 pm on the day following the auction to pay in full for the items won at auction or make alternate arrangements with Cotton Auctions.
