Helicopter Tour
This 60-minute tour departs from our Chugach Adventure Base and takes you soaring over the stunning Knik River and Glacier, through the dramatic Great Gorge, and toward the breathtaking Whiteout Glacier, Colony Glacier, and Lake George. You’ll land on ancient glacial ice, right beside massive crevasses and brilliant blue melt pools—don’t forget your water bottle so you can taste some of the purest water on earth! Along the way, keep your eyes open for incredible wildlife sightings, including moose, mountain goats, Dall sheep, and even bears. WINTER TOURS: During certain winter months, snow conditions may prevent landing directly on the glacier. In these cases, you’ll land nearby, next to dazzling deep blue ice formations – an unforgettable alternative that’s equally spectacular. Additional Information – Due to weight limitations, additional fees will apply for anyone weighing more than 250lbs.

After arriving in Seward, spend the day exploring local attractions and excursions before returning to Anchorage by rail that evening. • Depart Anchorage Depot at 6:45 am • Arrive Seward Depot at 11:15 am • Onboard narration included on train • Onboard dining available for purchase on the train • Depart Seward at 6:00 pm • Arrive Anchorage at 10:15 pm
Brewery Tour
Head to the designated meeting spot in downtown Anchorage in the afternoon, where you’ll meet your expert “Hoperator”—a local guide with a passion for Alaska’s unique beer scene. Kick off your adventure with an insider’s overview of the state’s brewing culture before setting off to explore three of Anchorage’s top breweries. From trailblazing pioneers to buzzworthy newcomers, you’ll sample a variety of award-winning and innovative brews. Along the way, learn about the history of Alaskan beer, the founding brewery legends, and what sets this frontier state apart in the world of craft brewing. Then, raise a glass at one of the newest players on the scene before wrapping up at one of the fastest-growing breweries in the state. By tour’s end, you’ll not only have sampled some of Alaska’s finest brews but also gained a deeper appreciation for Anchorage’s vibrant culture and community.
