Thank you for participating online in our Surrey Auction today.
We do not provide shipping or assist you with packing or moving. Please bring help, tools and supplies you may need. For out of town shipping we recommend Canada Pack & Ship 778-565-1800.
Pick up must be completed this Friday until 6pm or between 9am and 4:30pm Saturday by appointment with ID. Pick up address is 13557 77th Avenue, Surrey BC. Contact us at 604-325-2253 with any questions.
*Payment is online only - PayPal, charge your cc on file for purchases under $999 or etransfer
Above $999 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.

Payment Details:
Payment is due in full today. If you authorise us via email or calling 604-325-2253 we can directly charge your Visa or MC on file for invoices under $1000. For e-transfers please email them to payment@ableauctions.ca Due to social distancing, we will not be taking in person payments. Payments above $999 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit. To reduce the amount of people in the building at one time we ask you call to book a time slot for pick up.

Live auctions will be subject to a 17% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 2 hours of the auctions conclusion.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Able Solutions. Inc DBA Ableauctions.ca assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Please take advantage of in person preview as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Able Solutions Inc. assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
All lots must be paid for on day of sale by direct deposit, Etransfer, PayPal or charging the credit card on file We will not be taking in person payments. Internet bidders payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm . Payments above $999 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Able Solutions Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Able Solutions Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Able Solutions Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
