Signatures include Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera, Edgar Martinez, Troy Glaus, Mike Bordick, David Wells, Dave Winfield, Roberto Alomar, Wille Randolph, Magglio Ordonez, Jason Giambi, Carlos Delgado, Jorge Posada, Travis Fryman, Tim Hudson, Jermaine Dye, Ivan Rodriguez, Darin Erstad, Mike Sweeney, Matt Lawton, James Baldwin, Chuck Finley, Todd Jones and Tony Batista. NOTE: The Derek Jeter signature is smudged, as shown in the pictures. This item has been certified authentic by Beckett Authentication

Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Canuck Auctions assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the perscribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Canuck Auctions is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Canuck Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Canuck Auctions will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
The auction runs and ends on Monday. Pick up times are on the following Tuesday Wednesday Thursday between 12:00 and 6:00pm
when bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are
successfull, you will receive one of the grouping, not necessarily the first
lot.
