DeWald M-1200 "Concerto" high-fidelity integrated amplifier from 1959, designed for stereophonic or monaural operation. Its 10-tube circuit uses four ECC83/12AX7, four EL84/6BQ5, and two EZ80/6V4 tubes and is rated at 15 watts per channel in stereo or 30 watts in monaural mode. The low-profile metal cabinet has a black ventilated cover and gold-tone front panel. Controls include source selection for tuner, LP/RIAA, crystal, pop, tape, and auxiliary inputs; A-B/B-A input reversal; stereo or monaural mode; tape monitoring; speaker phase selection; dual loudness and balance controls; master stereo control; and separate channel A/B bass and treble adjustments. The chassis includes multiple audio connections, screw-terminal speaker outputs, and an attached AC power cord.
