The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
The shipping process will begin once all payments are finalized.

All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email.
We DO NOT accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone or internet. If you cannot come to the auction location in Port Coquitlam, BC, you must contact Cotton Auctions and Appraisals at 604-474-0688 to make arrangements for payment.
18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST and 7% PST. For example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 18% Buyers premium = $118.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7% PST ($8.26) = Total purchase price $132.16
There is a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium for paying by Debit or E-Transfer.
The successful bidder has until 4:00 pm on the Monday following the Sunday auction to pay in full for and pick up the items won at auction or make alternate arrangements with Cotton Auctions and Appraisals, 102-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC.
Otherwise, the bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be charged at 8:00 am on the Tuesday following the Sunday auction for the full invoice. Items must be paid for in full prior to removal.
Purchasers should bring their own boxes and packing materials to remove purchased items as these materials are not provided and limited help is available.
