1. THE UNIT HAS A SOLAR PANEL ON THE ROOF FOR CHARGING THE BATTERY. THERE IS A ON/OFF SWITCH FOR THIS IN THE COMPARTMENT BEHIND THE FRIDGE, ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE VENT PANEL.
THIS SHOULD BE ON ONLY WHEN ACTIVELY USING THE BATTERY AS THERE IS NO REGULATOR SO COULD DAMAGE THE BATTERY IF LEFT ON FOR LONG PERIODS WITH NO DRAIN ON THE BATTERIE: WINTER STORAGE).
2.THE HOT WATER TANK IS CURRENTLY BI-PASSED AS WE HAVE NOT USED IT. BYPASS VALVES ARE INSIDE THE PANEL UNDER THE FRIDGE.
3.THE WATER SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY FILLED WITH ANTIFREEZE FOR WINTER STORAGE SO WILL NEED TO BE FLUSHED BEFORE USE.
4.FOR WINTER STORAGE, PUT A TARP OVER THE BED AS CONDENSATION DRIPS FROM THE ROOF VENT IN COOL WINTER WEATHER.
5.THERE IS AN EXTRA BOARD FOR THE BED UNDER THE TABLE AS WE TRIMMED THE TABLE TO PROVIDE MORE ROOM TO SIT DOWN AND GET UP. IT IS STORED BEHIND A SEAT CUSHION.
6.THE BACKFLOW VALVE ON THE HOSE COUPLING DOES NOT WORK SO I ATTACH A HOSE Y COUPLING WITH VALVES OFF TO HOLD THE WATER WHEN THE PUMP IS RUNNING.
7.ALWAYS USE A PRESSURE REDUCER WHEN CONNECTING TO AN EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY. BOTH FITTINGS CAN BE FOUND IN THE CABINET BY THE DOOR.

Shipping arrangements to be handled by the purchaser. The purchaser must inform Jett Auctions of the arrangements and lots must be paid in full & Registered in the buyers name prior to release of goods purchased.
All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale at Buyer's sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the Auctioneer.
If for any reason, the Buyer fails to remove any lots within the time specified, the lots shall be deemed abandoned and the Auctioneer may re-sale, remove from the auction site and/or store the said lots at Buyer's sole risk and expense. In addition, the Buyer shall be liable for any rent incurred or damages suffered by the Auctioneer because of the Buyer's failure to timely remove any lot.

There is no fee to register, watch, and listen or to bid. These fees apply only to successful Internet Buyers. Taxes on fees are applicable to all Buyers. No charges or fees apply to unsuccessful Bidders.
The Auctioneer may state the year of manufacture of certain equipment, however it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain, by his own means the correctness of year, model and mileage prior to bidding.
Odometer and hour meter readings are what is showing at time of listing, and may not be the actual km, or hours on the equipment.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish or delete lots at his sole and absolute discretion.
If for any reason whatsoever the Auctioneer fails to deliver an awarded lot, the Auctioneer's sole liability shall be the return of any deposit or monies paid for such non-delivered lot; this does not include lost or stolen items.
All rights, privileges and powers reserved or granted to the Auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to Auctioneer's employees, advertising representatives, and all owners for whom the lots are being sold.
All Bidders must provide their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Jett Auction Ltd. and the bidder throughout any transactions.
Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his purchases immediately.
The Auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it, in his estimation, prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name which Bidder is the purchaser.
All sales are final. Acceptance of a final bid by the Auctioneer constitutes a legal, binding sales contract, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated.
The auction company reserves the right to refuse (give approval to bid) anyone deemed to be a potential detriment to the conduct of the auction. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse issuing a bidding card. Auctioneers make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all printed or verbal statements.
The Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jett Auction Ltd., and the Seller, against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading out of equipment by Jett Auction ltd. on the Buyers behalf.
Payments & Removal
Payment of the purchase price, plus applicable taxes, buyers fee charges must be made following notification of the successful bid.
Payment and pick-up for this item must be made by the Tuesday following the auction and by
4:30 pm with Cash, Draft, E-Transfer (info@jettauction.com), Visa or MasterCard (an additional 2% merchant fee is added to use this option).
All payments must be made in Canadian funds by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or bank wire transfer. Buyers will pay an additional online administrative fee of 2% of the purchase price when using the online payment service for credit card transactions and an administrative fee will be charged on wire transfers.
The Purchaser of a lot shall make payments as follows:
No purchases may be removed until paid in full including all applicable taxes, administrative and service fees. You agree to pay interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Jett Auction Ltd.
