This 1989 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit is consigned to auction as an estate sale and is no reserve with the proceeds being forwarded to Canadian Liver Foundation through the Donate-a-car Canada program
This 1989 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit is finished in Red over a Magnolia Hide leather interior with Scarlet Hide Piping and powered by a 6.75-liter V8 delivers power to the rear wheels through a General Motors-sourced three-speed Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats with memory functions, fold-down rear tray tables. The current owner acquired the car out of Vancouver in Aug 2005 from a dealer (who imported it from Dubi) who completed a complete check and changed the fluids and filters at 38337 km’s and provincial inspection report at 38000 km’s This Mark I Silver Spirit currently shows 45850 km’s and is offered by the estate/seller with factory literature, receipts for recent work, a clean ICBC report, and a clean BC Registration.
The Silver Spirit was introduced in 1980, Brightwork includes the grille, a Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, headlight surrounds, window trim, door handles, and bumper trim panels. Bently Chrome-finished 15″ wheels wear 245/45 ZR18” Michelin pilot Sport Tires. An addition set of Hankook ice bear winter tires 195/65 R15” with stele wheels and chrome brightwork Rolls Royce center cap are included.
The cabin features reupholstered tan leather seat coverings with burgundy accent piping as well as color-matched carpets. Wood trim accents the dashboard fascia and door panels. An Sony AM/FM CD stereo with CD stacker is fitted, and additional amenities include power windows, an onboard computer, Very little wear is visible on the seats. The woodgrain fascia on the dashboard doors are in great shape.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and a six-digit mechanical odometer that reads approximately 45,850 kilometers, approximately 7,500 of which were added by the seller.

SHIPPING & REMOVAL:
Shipping arrangements to be handled by the purchaser. The purchaser must inform Jett Auctions of the arrangements and lots must be paid in full & Registered in the buyers name prior to release of goods purchased.
All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale at Buyer's sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the Auctioneer.
If for any reason, the Buyer fails to remove any lots within the time specified, the lots shall be deemed abandoned and the Auctioneer may re-sale, remove from the auction site and/or store the said lots at Buyer's sole risk and expense. In addition, the Buyer shall be liable for any rent incurred or damages suffered by the Auctioneer because of the Buyer's failure to timely remove any lot.

The Auctioneer may state the year of manufacture of certain equipment, however it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain, by his own means the correctness of year, model and mileage prior to bidding.
Odometer and hour meter readings are what is showing at time of listing, and may not be the actual km, or hours on the equipment.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish or delete lots at his sole and absolute discretion.
If for any reason whatsoever the Auctioneer fails to deliver an awarded lot, the Auctioneer's sole liability shall be the return of any deposit or monies paid for such non-delivered lot; this does not include lost or stolen items.
All rights, privileges and powers reserved or granted to the Auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to Auctioneer's employees, advertising representatives, and all owners for whom the lots are being sold.
All Bidders must provide their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Jett Auction Ltd. and the bidder throughout any transactions.
Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his purchases immediately.
The Auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it, in his estimation, prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name which Bidder is the purchaser.
All sales are final. Acceptance of a final bid by the Auctioneer constitutes a legal, binding sales contract, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated.
The auction company reserves the right to refuse (give approval to bid) anyone deemed to be a potential detriment to the conduct of the auction. Payments & Removal
Payment of the purchase price, plus applicable taxes, buyers fee charges must be made following notification of the successful bid.
Payment and pick-up for this item must be made by the Tuesday following the auction and by

All payments must be made in Canadian funds by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or bank wire transfer. Buyers will pay an additional online administrative fee of 2% of the purchase price when using the online payment service for credit card transactions and an administrative fee will be charged on wire transfers.
The Purchaser of a lot shall make payments as follows:
No purchases may be removed until paid in full including all applicable taxes, administrative and service fees. You agree to pay interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Jett Auction Ltd.
